You can trust LDS to find your leak.

I am writing to express my satisfaction with the services provided by the engineers who attended my property on Friday 10th May. The two engineers were extremely efficient in detecting a leak from a radiator pipe buried in concrete which had remained undetected following several visits from various engineers sent from our insurers. Both engineers demonstrated the highest level of consideration for my family and were polite and courteous at all times. Please pass on my appreciation.

Here is a picture of the leak which was embedded about 6 inches into a concrete floor, your detection could not have been more accurate and we only opened up about 18” of the flooring. Fantastic service. Bernie found the leak after about 3 hours. This had been missed by the company sent from my insurance company. We were able to show your report to our insurance company who will now process the claim. The original people sent to do the leak detection came back again and had to agree with Bernie’s findings.

Just had to say how professional, informative and thorough Gareth was. He came to look at my damp wall but let me know what he was doing, why he was doing it, what he was looking for and showed me the results so that I understood what he had found. Because of him, we got a thorough diagnosis of the root cause rather than a series of holes in the wall looking for a non-existent pipe.

The engineer (James) had the difficult task of locating a relatively minor leak in a large house with solid and suspended wooden floors. He politely managed my expectations saying that it would be challenging so I was absolutely delighted when he managed to locate the leak. Better still the leak was in a hidden but accessible area so repairs were carried out by my plumber the same day. I would like to thank LDS and James for a first class service!

Adrian did a great job and what with his detection and Lawrence my plumber’s follow up it looks like the cowboy builders and plumbers antics could be behind me!
